After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Frames
Securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box to prevent damage during transit, then attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
